SLS CONCEPT APPROACHES

The SLS concept is based on several approaches:
 approach healthpreneur (investing in his health): global approach that aims to
take back his life in hand.
 Primary food
It's easy to overlook anything that contributes to our sense of food and fulfillment. It's
not just the foods we eat that affect our health, but all the other factors in our daily lives.
Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and spiritual
awareness are essential forms of food. When these primary foods are balanced, what
you eat becomes secondary. I will help you achieve all your goals, from eating the right
foods for your body to achieving an inspiring and fulfilling life.
 Bio-individuality
The concept of bio-individuality is the idea that each of us has unique needs in terms of
diet and lifestyle. One person's food is another person's poison, and that's why dieting

miracles tend to fail in the long run. By working on the principle of bio-individuality, I
will encourage you to make positive changes according to your needs, your lifestyle,
your preferences and your ancestral origin.

protein, vegetable fats and water. It shows you how a plate should appear at mealtimes
and emphasizes the importance of portion proportions and size. To complete the

relationships, career, physical activity and spirituality. I'll introduce you to some of the
healthiest foods on the planet and teach you how to find the healthiest for your unique
body!
 The cravings (crowding out)
Many nutrition experts give their customers a list of foods to avoid and foods to eat,
which is why so many people are disadvantaged by nutrition. My approach is different:
by drinking and eating foods that are good for you, you will naturally have less space
and the desire to have unhealthy foods will disappear. In simple terms, you will ban
unhealthy foods from your diet. It takes a bit of practice, but I will support you
throughout the process.
 Deconstruct cravings
The cravings of your body play a vital role in understanding what your body needs and
should not be ignored. When you learn to deconstruct your cravings and understand
what they really tell you, you will find a sense of balance and harmony
