A health coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and advice as you set goals and make lasting changes that improve your health and happiness.
As a health coach, I will always listen and we will navigate together the contradictory world of nutrition and health advice to explore what really works for you.

I practice a holistic approach to health and well-being, which means I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at work or in your relationships make you eat too much? Does lack of sleep or lack of energy prevent you from exercising?
By working together, we will see how all parts of your life affect your overall health.
I work with my clients to meet the needs of their bodies because I understand that as life goes on, your needs change. I want to give you the self-awareness you need to make the best decisions for yourself, whatever the circumstances. I believe that every person is perfectly capable of making informed decisions as an expert. So it’s not the last article in a magazine or the latest fad dieting book that will drive you to improve, it’s you who would do it.
Let’s define what you value most about your well-being. We will use these visions to motivate specific goals that will bring you closer to your goal. As a coach, I will not dictate a diet, but together we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to use this feedback strategically. Together, we will co-create your health goals in a timely manner and with concrete goals so you know exactly where you are working.

Two 50-minute sessions per month (six months)
Email assistance between sessions
Simple healthy recipes
Documents specific to your needs and objectives
This program can take place one to one or via skype or phone depending on your availability and your choice.
